What SignMe is

SignMe provides process e-signature and tamper-evident sealed PDFs, plus vault and template tools. The Document Seal is typically self-signed. Acrobat may label the seal identity as unknown. Human identity evidence sits on the Certificate of Completion and action history, not on a public Certificate Authority mark.

What SignMe is not

• Not DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or any other third-party signing network.
• Not a qualified electronic signature or government-issued digital identity.
• Not legal advice, and not a guarantee that every instrument may be signed electronically.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Incendio Trading Limited is not liable for losses arising from your choice of document, your decision to use an electronic signature, or a third party's refusal to accept a signed pack. Nothing here limits rights you cannot contract out of under the Consumer Guarantees Act or similar mandatory law.
