These product terms cover SignMe. Master terms for Incendio Trading Limited are at incendio.co.nz/terms.html. If you use SignMe as part of Incendio Adviser, the adviser legal pack at incendio.nz/legal/ also applies.
The service
SignMe provides process electronic signatures, document vault, template merge, and related contract-lifecycle tools. Today those features are delivered inside the Incendio platform. A standalone SignMe tenancy may be offered later on these same terms unless we publish a replacement.
Your responsibilities
- You decide when an electronic signature is appropriate for a given instrument.
- You keep the correct final version of each document before sending it to sign.
- You do not use SignMe for unlawful content or to impersonate a signer.

SignMe is software. We do not provide legal advice, and a completed pack is not a guarantee that a court or counterparty will accept the signature for every document type.
