SignMe is operated by Incendio Trading Limited. This page is the product-specific privacy notice for SignMe. Company-level policy lives at incendio.co.nz/privacy.html.

What we collect

When you use SignMe (including the e-sign and document features inside Incendio) we may process:

• names, emails, and contact details of staff, clients, and invitee signers;
• documents you upload or generate, and signature images;
• signing metadata — time, IP address, and device/browser string;
• audit events (sent, signed, rejected, reset); and
• account and billing details if you subscribe to a standalone SignMe tenancy.

Why we use it

To operate e-sign and contract lifecycle features, keep an evidence pack (original hash, sealed execution copy, Certificate of Completion), support your practice, and improve the product.

Where it is stored

Application data is hosted on Incendio's New Zealand infrastructure. Vault files are stored on disk associated with your organisation. We do not sell signer data.
